Low Ferratin

... I can atest to the fact that low ferritin can cause fatigue. You can loos hair with ferritin below 5o. As for me the only time I had breathing problems was when my hemagloblin was around 8. But I do get more tired when my ferritin goes down.. ... (6 replies)

... used in the mitrochondria for energy if you dont have much of this form it plays havoc with the energy in the cells..some people have trouble converting this type...You can by it in subs too around 3000mcg at 1 per day.. ... (27 replies)
