... It sure does! :) It has also left me more confused. The bottom line is that I might not have anemia, which sounds good to me! I can see in some situations perhaps a too high ferretin could cause problems with another health issue, but if there are no other serious health issues then i'd say a higher ferretin wouldn't be harmful. ... well as Hypothyroidism, hypertension, high cholesterol, Asthma, Borderline Diabetes , due to years on steroids, I have become Wheat Gluten Intolerant and Anaemic with a low Ferritin of 10.My Haemoglobin at present is 11.1 but falling.
