What the good range is seems to be subject to interpretation but I think 70 from my reading seems to be a threshold for real improvement. ... el like you maybe took offense to my reply..I meant no offense I was just encouraging you to read more about it...secondly I said the doctor said I couldn't have b12 deficiency because according to my hemoglobin levels I wasn't anemic. All I said was that it was possible to be b12 deficient and not test positive for anemia... ... (29 replies)
