... B is correct in saying that you won't bring your levels up with a multivitamin with iron alone. You might want to ask your doctor for a script iron if you are unable to tolerate OTC iron supplements. They are a higher dose iron, and GI friendly, which is what is necessary when having problems. ... (4 replies)
