... Actually, your numbers look fine to me. You are in the normal range and it's okay to be on the low end of normal for your WBC's, etc. I would love to have your ferritin (mine is at 5) but, naturally, it wouldn't hurt to get it up higher and you should be fine with what you are doing as you are not at the "depletion" stage. Low ferritin

... r. However my vitamin b12 is high. I was told stop taking that supplement but I'm not taking one. So the answer to that was ok then never mind. Just start taking slow fe because that doesn't cause as many side effects. That's where I am right now. Should I be concerned with the high b12 or the low ferretin? ... (1 replies)
