... rileyroe--Not to my knowledge, those tests wouldn't be changed by B-12 injections, they don't have anything to do with B-12 serum. Celiac is DX'd by a simple blood test to measure antibodies and Endoscopy w/a small-bowel biopsy. Then if positive a gluten free diet. You would see a GI doc for this. FLFLOWERGIRL:) (4 replies)
