... hi. as far as i know vitamin c is a watersoluble vitamin. this means that any excess of this vitamin your body will just get rid of. worse case of taking too much C is that you could get diarrhea. but 167% over the daily recommended allowance should not even be a problem at all. (4 replies)

... WallyWorld...it was there that it hit me...the PAIN of all PAINS...all I could do was get out of the place as soon as possible. Came home dead meat. Then later on I remember that my hematologist told me to keep taking the iron pills so I took one with the orange juice on the empty stomach. Well, that was ONE BIG MISTAKE.. ... (3 replies)

... I think 2x54mg is a pretty low dose...but I guess if you are not in a hurry it's ok to wait 12 months.... I would recommend at least 200mg daily (of elemental iron). of course only as long as you tolerate it (10 replies)

... that sulfate has the highest amount of iron and gluconate has the least. You also have to take a lot more of them as you know, this is when script iron comes in handy. ... (5 replies)
