... Thanks so much. I actually just started taking Slow Iron which has 45 mg of Iron. It is almost 2.5 more times than a multivitamin. I don't get any side effects from it and it actually is helping me I think. The multivitamin and Gentle Iron weren't doing much for me. ... (4 replies)

... y not be anemic any longer and most doctors wont care if you have gotten yourself out of the anemia zone. You should care though, especially as you still aren't feeling good. Each of us starts feeling good at different points. For some reason we all feel our side effects to low iron in our own unique way. ... (5 replies)
