... Put the iron near your favorite cup/dish. Or put it near your favorite food. If you do not eat much, you may not realize what your favorite food is. But, if not then put it near the food you eat most often. That is what works for me as well since I am liable to skip a meal if I am not hungry or I am distracted. But I still have foods that if I eat will be the one I WILL eat. (3 replies)
