... Rachel--With your counts below which are mild/borderline with no iron stores, you may want to up your oral iron intake. You are only taking 130 mgs of iron which doesn't sound like enough especially with your results. That in itself is so telling. I can recognize the pattern. All the doctor has to do is a T-Sat % to see if you are going over 45% so that you don't overload.... (8 replies)
