... Liver enzymes can be elevated from taking over the counter pain relievers such as tylenol(acetaminophen) aspirin, or any NSAID medications. The enzymes can be elevated from slight amounts of alcohol or if you work in an industry where you are exposed to somewhat toxic chemicals.
