... rainbow, sorry i put mg ,and itis 50mcg i think i will stop taking them again until i see the neuro,why do you think b12 has dropped i eat a good diet,i do like my glass of wine on my days off from work , i read alchahol can lower b12 my liver tests are fine ,any way will let you know what happens when i see the neurologist,thank you shirley:) (89 replies)
... I am not vegetarian, but dont eat much red meat, I eat loads of chicken, eggs, dairy etc and yet my b12 keeps getting low. I was checked for instrinsic factor and that was ok. I dont know why it gets low. Is there any other reason why I dont absorb it. ... (2 replies)

... The other posters have given some great advice and information. I just wanted to say that having heavy periods, you ought to get an internal and external ultrasound as well as having a full hormone test done. Heavy cycles can result from an imbalance of hormones. ... (6 replies)

... even in meetings...I don't think it's been noticed yet but who knows....it's almost like a swoonig kind of effect where I could almost pass out but I don't...my b12 numbers were okay but my doc has me injecting it weekly right now to help the iron levels...I just don't understand whty it's not a steady recovery... ...
