It gives people hope to know that you have worked thru a lot of your anger outbursts. And to see the situation from your point of view.

How is your lung? What kind of work do you generally do? Do you have to breathe any paint fumes or do you use a lot of cleaning products? Believe it or not, something as simple as that can cause a change in our delicately balanced system (bodies) and cause these type of anger outbursts. The gulf war vets notice it and some of them have problems with their lungs, too.

Did you serve in the military? Or did either of your parents have these experiences before you were born?

It is possible, also, that you had a traumatic experience in your childhood that you don't remember, because you have suppressed it.

Hello

I didn't think anyone will reply again, I apologise for the3 delay.

Yes I have a lung peoblem from smoking, not paints.

And I can't agree with you more that " Believe it or not, something as simple as that can cause a change in our delicately balanced system (bodies) and cause these type of anger outbursts."

White sugar and smoking is the enemy of a stable mind.

"It is possible, also, that you had a traumatic experience in your childhood that you don't remember, because you have suppressed it."

I really don't know, but it may well be what you are suggesting.

But I think the way our body handle food, and not food by it self, play a major role.

I don't like to be a study case here, but Valarien and Skull Cap herbs with Vit. B complex did make a difference, also as I said before the family decided "serious this time" to leave the house played a major role.

Thank you.

Best Regards.
