Youre just projecting your anger to the SITUATION of being apart towards HIM. Perhaps deep down inside you feel its his fault for being apart even tho you KNOW its for a good reason such as perhaps a better job or job requirement. Just know that its the situation youre upset with and not HIM.
Its perfectly normal to be upset at the situation, its HOW you react to the situation that makes you an adult or child. Youre not being a baby, youre just a bit confused right now and your feelings (anger) are being directed towards him. See it as being angry at the situation and that its quite normal to be upset because youre apart. Just dont "react" to it when he calls. Tell him you miss him and you hate being apart but understand its temporary and that you cant wait till he gets back home.
I always tell my hubby i HATE being apart when he has to go somewhere to Oklahoma for training, but always tell him i love hearing his voice on the phone and miss him.
Youre angry and thats ok. Just learn to know what youre angry at, and things will soon clear up for you. Good luck.
