I know this is the last thing anybody wants to hear about dealing with anger or any other thing, but EXERCISE! I had horrible anger,moodiness,jealousy,issues and was told by my nueroligist anybody else would lable me as Bi-polar but he thought exercise 45min. a day atleast 3 days a week would help. Boy was he right! 4 years and running 5 miles a day later I don't get angry that often anymore. I've commited many homicides on my daily jogs (haha) but I am a much more pleasant and relaxed person.
