Sounds like anxiety, some depression, and/or allergies. The allergies can be food related, medicine related, or environmental related. You would be surprised how many things in your home can cause allergies. You don't have to break out in a rash or get asthma like symptoms to be allergic to "the unseen" things in our daily life. I think you need further testing for a better diagnosis. The trouble you had swallowing is one sign of depression and anxiety. Also, what is causing stress in your life? You may not be aware of something that is causing stress and both leads to anxiety and depression. Allergies can be a stressor to the body as well. Also, finding the right antidepressant can work wonders for your general well being. Several good ones are Wellbutrin and Effexor XP. These are just a few things that come to my mind about what you have described so far. I just started on Clarinex (an allergy pill) and it has helped with some anxiety I have had for months! I hope you find the answer soon. MistyMisty
