Hi bothrops, paxil is a powerful med and helps a lot sometimes but for about 30% it simply doesnt work, some docs dont know this or dont want to know it, try another antidepressant med of a different type, such as effexor or mirtazepine, theres a good chance one will work for you

I had the red face and fear of going red for years, its very distressing, but a year round suntan of face and neck helps hide it , also beta blocker meds reduce it, act quickly and can be taken as needed, these also reduce the physical anxiety problems such as rapid heartbeat, sweating and the shakes

when feeling spacey try squeezing your keys in your hand and concentrating on the pain, this stops the spaciness for a while often
the world is an unfair and an unjust place but has always been this way and yes its been my experience that some of the worst people are deeply religious...
Thanks for the response hry33, the paxil did help in ways like it made my bad headaches go away and also soon after my dizziness started I was not sleeping well and clenching my teeth, it helped that to. It did not help my dizziness. My dizziness is not due to anxiety. The anxiety and depression may have helped it.

I wish I could have a year round tan. I am one of those fairskined people that freckle.

Where can I get the beta blocker meds are they OTC?

The key thing sounds pretty good but in my case the spaciness is due to my ear tubes being stuffed shut. I know you have had a real bad cold where your ears felt full and you feel kinda lightheaded and like your in a dreamworld(spacy). I am like that times 10 it has screwed up my vision to. It is not MS or tumor. I always felt it was either inner ear prob like labyrinthitis or chronic fatigue. My doc also feels like it is labs and thinks It may have destoyed the nerve in my ear.

Please let me know something about the beta blockers and thank you hry33.

Derek
