For the past 2 months I have been really stressed out some of my symptoms include:
-I can feel my heart beating sometimes when I am laying down
-I have general aches (not any pain) in my knees, right arm and chest which come and go but I notice they show up when I get really tense or nervous
-Not being able to sleep at night because I am worried I have something wrong with me
-Waking up in the night feeling really hot and my heart racing
-Not being able to concentrate
-Crying beacuse I am afraid something is wrong with me, like I have some sort of disease because lately I have been getting sick alot

I am wondering if these sound like anxiety symptoms

Please don't cry! Whatya so stressed about? Whats makes you think something is wrong with?

Stress and anxiety can do a lot of things, including all of the things you've mentioned. I too, found myself in your shoes, almost 3 months ago. I could feel my heart beating a million miles a minute, I couldn't swallow my food without it feeling like it was getting stuck, bowel problems, arm numbness, the whole 9 yards! I also convinced something was wrong with me, I went as far as to go to the ER 3 times in one week. After 3 EKGs, multiple X rays, blood work, and an MRI, they diagnosed me with severe anxiety! Don't let yourself get as bad as I got. It's been 3 months since I started having problems, and because I wound myself up so tight (SEVERE muscle tension), it's taking some time to "calm" down. Please listen to you body, it's telling you it's stressed and maybe needs a break, or even an outlet, like going to the gym. Please keep me posted. I'll have you in my prayers! God Bless!
