Wow, I also have the same problem, but I think mine is really because of nerves, tensions, stress, but I also get excited [which makes me go to the bathroom, don't know if you have the same problem]. That's why I hate eating in public...anyways, eating brown bread and brown pasta and wholewheat has helped me a little. The first thing I eat before school is stuff like quinoa, amaranth, millet...you should really look into that. They're really light but fill you up and they're easy on the stomach!

Dear xMorningGloryx,
I have eaten raisin bread toast with butter on it for about three years. I eat 4 slices a day and when I am having a real bad stomach day, I will eat it for a couple of meals. It seems to absorb and settle the stomach sickness feeling and has worked for me through some real sickening times. Have a nice day
