Girl, I take so many supplements, it's unreal. I take Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil, a Multi, a C&E complex, B-50 complex, Extra Calcium and Magnesium, Garlic and acidolophus!! I have a phamplet from my Heathfood Store and it's on 5-HTP Plus. The lady there gave it to me before I started on the Lex, and I didn't try it. It sounds great, and good for mood and mind enhancement. You might be right though, lord knows going through menopause my crazy hormones are always fluctuating. Plus all the stress I am going though! :eek: Good thing though - I still haven't had any hot flashes or night sweats since starting on the Lex. I really would like to find out if it really is supposed to help with peri-and menopausal symptoms. Don't know how to find out though.
