Hey Van I know what your going through. This is the scariest thing that has happened to me also. Every year for about 2 weeks I get like this too. The only thing that helps me is just living through it. What I did was start a journal. Everyday I would right down things that i did that day how I was feeling. I look back at it when im feeling better and see that I can function and be happy with live feeling like living in a dream. I don't know why this happens to me either. I just try and do things and get out as much as possible. Sometimes I wear a rubberband on my wrist and snap it when it gets too much. Try and relax don't feed into how you are feeling just live day by day until you snap out of it.
