I know at its worst I would wake up in the morning and for a split second forget that I had anxiety, then reality would set in. I would be rested and half asleep and slept next to my wife as long as possible hoping to fall back asleep then the anxiety would build then heart palpatations would sometimes happen but this was before I started on Zoloft.

Now I just wake up and it's much better than it was. Just hang in there and make sure you see your Dr to eliminate any physical issues then see your psychologist then can help you further.

We are truly in this together.
