I had the same thing as well and it's what started my other symptoms of anxiety. It's called shortness of breath and MANY people get this feeling, like you need to yawn or always try to take a deep breath but you can't. It's not dangerous, whenever you find yourself thinking about it just think, "if I need air, my body will breath for me and I do not need all this extra breaths". Ignore it and eventually it'll go away.
