OK So generally my anxiety was/is pretty much under control (at least I reckon so)

Things were getting better, the inactivity I'd inflicted on myself was very slowly starting to turn around and I even enrolled on a German course that starts in November

Now, a couple of weeks ago (June 21st) I twisted my back something rotten while helping to decorate the house. It got to the point where I couldn't take a normal breath without my back muscles spasming pretty damn hard so basically I was pretty much housebound, and couldn't even go up stairs or walk to the loo without risking the back spasms from breathing

But the worst part is that now It's easing off (only the deepest breaths cause pain now) I find that those 2 weeks have pretty much killed my fitness and My chest is getting really tight - it doesn't actually get to the point of hurting but it really gets in the way of doing anything because I keep thinking it's the start of me developing angina pain (it's in the right area, gets worse when I go upstairs and stays for ages)

Does anybody else get this restrictive, tight, almost-pain feeling in the chest? (it's specifically in the pecs, just above the nipples, and usually worse on the left side, also going into the arms - exactly where the muscles attach I know but I can't help but put 2 and 2 together and make death! :()

the last time I was tested for anything was a year ago now (although it was a stress test and echocardiogram, both of which were fine at the time) so I keep thinking that I've started to develop coronary issues
