I'm sorry to hear you're having a tough time. I've had bad times where if I got busy doing something, I felt better. For example, do something you've been putting off doing, like clean out your closets or pull weeds in your garden. The activity is healthy and, even though you may still think some of the thoughts that are bothering you, you will have a sense of accomplishment that can produce some of those very needed happy hormones.

I know you are probably feeling bad at work too. Is there some type of social gathering you could plan to have to look forward to? Lunch or dinner with friends or family perhaps? It helps to replace your bad thoughts with thoughts of something that makes you happy. Good luck...hope you get in to see the doc soon :)
