Hello all. By far my worst symptom (amongst many) is chronic muscle tension in my chest/neck. Have tried progressive muscle relaxation techniques but they don't seem to help - the only release I get is from Ativan. Can anyone suggest any excercises to loosen chest and neck muscles? I also get tension headaches which I'm told are related. Like many on this board, my life has been put on hold because of anxiety (after 3 years of this it is hard to imagine feeling well again).
Any help would be very much appreciated. :confused:
