I'm hoping to add a little hope here to the anxiety situation. I, too, suffered quite a bit from anxiety starting around last April. However, I also think that I might have some OCD (obsessive-compulsive) tendencies as well. Getting to my point, I have had several alternative treatments done of biofeedback and it has greatly reduced my anxiety without medication. I tried Zoloft, but it made my anxiety worse. It does sound like the combination of medications that you are on definitely are aggravating the situation. I would definitely explain this to your dr., or even better yet, to a psychiatrist. Sometimes there are also psychiatrists with pharmaceutical degrees who you can see - even better yet, if you can find one. There is one in my town, even though I have not utilized her. You might try researching the biofeedback for reduction of your anxiety. It is sometimes also called neurofeedback. You basically play computer games with your own brain. It's rather fascinating. A lot of psychologists now administer it, as well as other licensed professional counselors. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Keep the faith that you'll get through this. It does get better.
