Yes, breathing. Every day for ten minutes sit in a peaceful place (bathroom, bedroom etc.) with your back up straight.

Right now, take a big deep breath.

You know how you breathed in through your mouth and lifted up your shoulders? That is completely wrong!

Okay, so you sit up in a peaceful environment with your back up straight. Breathe in slowly through your nose moving only your stomach. Your shoulders should not move at all. Breathe slowly out through your mouth.

When people have anxiety or panic attacks some people say that they get lightheaded and can't breathe. That's because you breathe so fast that your brain isn't getting enough oxygen.

Try breathing like that all day. You will noticably have less anxiety/panic.
