Hi, thanks for your help. I'll look up the book.

Actually, my anxiety centers around a minor physical problem I have that tightens my muscles. I have come to realize that my notion of being "embarrassed" by it, makes things worse when I'm the "center" of attention - I spill a drink when I normally don't at home, or I make sudden jerky movements when I normally don't when I'm not being watched. I have come to realize that it is now mostly "psychological" and it does fall under the category of anxiety. I also become breathy when I need to talk on the phone or in a group of people/or when I'm meeting new people. I have managed to improve much, however I do have setbacks, which I really don't know why.
