hey plurb, sorry 2 hear your going thru this:-( ive had anxiety for a while and went thru a stage where mornings were the worst and id wake up normally then 2 seconds later when your head gets around the fact that youre fully awake i got heart pounding nausia and it was so horrible. i think the feelings of worrying about having it are actually worse than the symptoms themselves. i havnt for like this in the mornings for a while because im not as stressed out. there is no quick fix really you need to establish if you have anxiety or depression and whether its been a longterm thing. but if you are generally a happy person and have been feeling slightly stressed cos of your job etc i would say anxiety medication would be the best antidote for you.make sure you dont go doctors and take the pills like theyre smarties! make sure you found out side effects and if they are addictive or you mit end up feling worse:-s good luck!!
