My main issue with my Anxiety is the tipsy/light-headed feeling that comes with it. If i do my breathing exercises and relaxation exercises, or any kind of exercise e.g. bike riding, i find that my head feels much better, but only for a limited amount of time, say an hour, and then i return back to this fuzzy stage - almost like how you feel after you've had two glasses of wine or something. I've eradicated all my panic attacks, but does anyone have any ways of dealing with the out-of-it feeling that they personally have had success with? It's such an inhibitor, i feel like i can barely concentrate with it. Which is a big problem with me and my studies. I only really ever get this feeling around the time that i have something due also, so i presume that my anxiety is due to pressure at university rather than anything else...Any ideas? :)
