Hi there!

I am sorry to hear about your anxiety.

Do you find that you get the anxiety more when you haven't eaten for a while and you are actually "starving" or if you are eating frequently throughout the day? Because if you go long enough without food and then you eat something when you are really really hungry, your blood sugar levels change very quickly which can cause a rapid heart beat and feelings of anxiousness. I find this to be especially true if I wait too long to eat, then I eat something not so healthy and I scarf it down. Minutes later my heart is pounding, I feel dizzy, just an all around anxious feeling. So see if that is what is causing it. For people with anxiety, and anyone really, it is very important to be eating small healthy meals throughout the day. Take some veggies, fruit, nuts, yogurt etc. to work with you or if you know you will be away from home for a long period of time. Make sure you are keeping your blood sugars level by consuming some food periodically throughout the day. It will make you feel better, I promise! :)

You say that exercising isn't helping you anxiety? How often do you exercise? Exercise and a healthy diet are 2 of THE MOST important things you can do for yourself to combat anxiety and depression.

And the pressure in your head feels like tension headaches. ALL from anxiety. Isn't it funny how anxiety can cause almost every symptom you have in your body at any given time? Don't worry. You are not alone. Please feel free to ask more quetions. I have been sufffering with anxiety and depression for 11 years.

Take care!
