You sound like you are having some type of anxiety. It also sounds like what would lead up to a panic attack. When I had my first panic attack I got a weird sensation (cold) from my head down my spine. I became disassociated with my surroundings, I had tingling and numbness in my hands, feet, lips and gums. I felt like my chest was caving in, my heart was stressed and I was hyperventilating. I felt like I was going to fall backwards or pass out. In between having panic attacks I had/have anxiety issues. I am currently on Lexapro and it has helped me quite a bit. I have not had a panic attack in about 2 weeks or so. I would get them multiple times a day, and to the point where I felt like I would never get a break in between. During my regular anxiety spells I would get tightness of the throat, dry and red eyes, fast heart rate, couldnt breathe all the way in, food swallowing difficulties, weight loss (118-105), head in a fog like I was not a part of the environment around me sort of like a dream like state, ringing ears, swallowing constantly to see if I could actually swallow and when I would swallow food it felt like it was stuck in my chest, out of breath, insomnia, restlessness. I have had a number of other issues like dizziness or a buzzy uneven feeling in the back of my head, if i went to turn my head quickly Id go back into having heart palps and panic, constant hand tremors and shaking, etc. Its plaguing. I dont know how people go through it for 30 years. I couldnt even handle it for 2 months. I just went to get a blood test done today to see if there was anything else underlying the anxiety that may be causing it in the first place. Sometimes if people have a thyroid problem, it goes undiagnosed as thyroid and in turn is called an anxiety issue and then they are given medication to subside the anxiety without actually helping the problem. I am getting a FULL thyroid testing done to make sure I know whats going on with my body. It could also be a food allergy that triggers the anxiety or mixed in with another issue that is undiagnosed. I would say if you continue to feel this way, go to your doctor and have a full blood test done. They can make sure you are healthy across the board. If you dont have any problems, Id say possibly speak to a therapist and see what they think would work for you. I hope you feel better. Ill pray for your well being. =)
