There are a lot of ways to help your anxiety. Develop a more positive outlook. Exercise-- it will calm your brain down. Eat healthy. Take magnesium (can't personally vouch for this one but a lot of people recommend it). I would look up natural remedies for anxiety...there are a lot of ways to help if you don't want to use medication, but a lot of it has to do with adjusting the way you look at things.
