THe reason its getting worse is because you anticipating it happening is creating more anxiety. When you stop being scared of the anxiety itself, is when you won't get it anymore. An anxiety attack , racing heart and all is equivilant and not much different than aerobic excersize. It in no way will harm you or kill you. SO if you accept the anxiety feeling, and not let it scare you, .. you may be able to control it better, and even have less and less episodes. This is coming from someone who has had anxiety for over ten years, so bad that they new me in the ER in the middle of the night, .. lol. But if that method fails, an anti anxiety pill at a low dosage helps alot.
