Right now as we speak my nerves have kicked in and I feel like its hard for me to take a breath. I know it's anxiety and I've accepted it . The only thing is thinking something is severely wrong with me .
Ive taught myself to just let the attack take place and after I brace myself it won't happen it's the thoughts that stay in place . I get these pains that make me feel and think bad thoughts .

Anyway to get myself to think different when I'm home alone ??
