If you drink caffeinated beverages, you could try cutting back. Caffeine is a nervous system stimulant. Also, you could try Magnesium Glycinate. Magnesium can really help with anxiety, but there are many kinds of magnesium. I personally like the above. I've done a google search on "magnesium and anxiety/depression", and there are some interesting articles. If you have the time, you may be interested in reading some of the articles. Good Luck.
