Hi there. I'm 33 year old female. I've taken Paxil for about 10 years and Wellbutrin for about 4 years. I have a family history of anxiety and depression. I suffered from anxiety attacks which prompted the Paxil. I can't say I've had a lot of panic attacks over the years. Maybe panic episodes that lasts a little while and then blew over. But I do take Ativan if I do have one.

I've had a neck/shoulder/back ache for a few weeks. I get migraines, so I figured it was related to that. Or I slept wrong. Or I sat at my desk wrong.

Also a few weeks ago I had a weird arm twitch. Like when your eye spasms? It was mid bicep and eventually went away. Now it's back. For the last few days. It's fairly consistent and kind of hurts. My neck thing still hurts so I'm getting worried. I've been kind of nauseous in the afternoon the last few weeks as well. I'm not pregnant.

I'll admit that sometimes I have hypochondriac tendencies. I wonder if I'm making things seem worse than they are and I need to just chill.

I am under a lot of stress right now.

I could just take an Ativan, but I hate the day after effects(headache & very emotional). But that would make the most sense, right? Try that and see if the symptoms go away? But then am I chancing doing damage if I am actually having a heart attack or something.

I'm almost embarrassed to talk to my fiancé about it because in my head it seems absurd that a 33 year old in decent condition without any issues of heart problems in the past would be having a heart attack? And the thought of going to the ER with the endless paperwork and questions seems like alot of effort.

I've gone back and forth in my head on what to do. While writing this I've begun leaning towards Ativan and "wait and see" but I'm open to thought. (obviously since I'm on here-haha)

Occasionally a doctor has picked up a heart murmur, but they've never been concerned. I had a full heart work up 3 years ago prior to surgery.
