Feeling of needing to take a deep breath all the time, and maybe yawning to get the satisfying feeling of the deep breath you are trying to take but cant quite get there by just breathing in deep?

when you are busy and don't think about it, it goes away, sometimes when sitting down it is very easy to get that deep enough breath you are trying for that makes you feel better, and other times you almost need to lean forward and lift your shoulders to get the breath or try real hard to make yourself yawn?

It is quite a horrible thing to live with and I think the best way to get rid of it is try to loose weight, try to cut down on smoking I'm sure it makes it worse, the more you don't do it and not think about it the better it gets and the faster you forget about it,think of it like a itchy bite ...the more you itch the itchier it gets, the less you touch it even though it kills, the better it gets and the faster you forget.

No doctor will give you a cure as they think its anxiety, but I bet the most of us that have it are unhealthy overweight and smoke, When you take drugs like sedatives or anxiety type drugs or even anti depressants they might help in the short term but if you practice your calm breathing it does get better I promise you, I could not live with this for ever and iv'e had this weird issue for ages, now I feel I'm in control of when it comes and goes, one thing I can say that helped me a little at times was a inhaler it opens up your airways a bit, also if you want try some sedative type drugs they are good very short term like 5 days maybe 7 days, they are great for people who have had this short term and suffer from different things at different times in your life, i have always some problem annoying me lol so maybe your the same, just thought id put this up because I think the only way we can over come this is by helping each other through it. maybe anyone else who had this could put what has helped fopr you until we find a way ''THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY''
