Slobberjo, have you talked to your doctor about wearing a holter monitor or have you had a stress test done? This can help tremendously because it can tell you if it is your heart. If it is not, it will put your mind at ease, relieve your anxiety, and you can then focus on other parts of your body. For example, did you know that esophageal spasms can have the same symptoms as you described? I have been to the ER three times already because I felt that my heart had stopped or was skipping a beat. As you, my blood work came back normal, xrays were fine, stress tests were done and no problems. Ended up being a problem with my esophagus. You may also want to search for the benefits of magnesium. It has helped many people who suffer symptoms similar to yours. Also, are you on any medications for other illnesses? Some medications can have side effects and that may be what you are feeling.
