Hi. This is my first post on here..

For the last month or so, I've been freaking out a lot because I've been struggling to breathe. I find that I am always thinking about it and I can't get my mind off of it. The whole time, I've been thinking it is some kind of disease, but everyone around me is telling me it's just anxiety. I wanted to know if what I'm dealing with or for sure anxiety or not, because I feel like it's much more than that.

When I lie down at night, I have to sleep on my left side, because on my right side or on my back, I can't breathe and it eventually starts to hurt in my chest. My chest always feels tight and I struggle taking deep breaths. I have also been spitting out a lot of mucus and I feel like there a clump of it in my throat not wanting to come out.. as if my airways are starting to get blocked off.

A few other problems I've faced are pains in various limbs and fatigue. The problems are different every other day and each time, it's a new one. Recently, I started getting light headed and my arms and legs fall asleep and get tired very quickly. My biggest concern is my breathing, though, because it's a constant problem unless I manage to get to sleep. When I stand up, I sometimes get very light headed as well.

I went to a doctor and my blood pressure was fine and my oxygen level was at 99%. Tomorrow I'm going to a guy he recommended that I talk to and I just want some feedback from others.. could this be a physical problem like I believe, or can anxiety really do this to you?

I'll also add that I don't exercise a lot.
