Hi Everyone,

I'm not quite sure where to start. First off I guess I could say that I constantly feel like I'm in a dream. I know I'm not but I often feel like I'm in my own world and I can't focus on work, school or friends. I feel like the quality of my work suffers as a result of this "dream" feeling. I have read that it is called depersonalization and is linked with anxiety. I do feel that I have anxiety, I can never relax, and I am constantly worrying and over thinking pretty much everything even if it should be a big deal. I constantly beat myself up over the smallest things. But I'm not sure if I have an actual disorder because I don't get panic attacks...at least I don't think I do.

Some insight and tips on how to deal with this dream feeling would be greatly appreciated!
