I would recommend you try a Magnesium supplement, 200mg Citrate form. You can find Magnesium Citrate in grocery stores or your local natural foods store. Magnesium is nature's de-stresser mineral, and is essential in many amino acid functions, including in the brain. It is used for anxiety, irregular heartbeats, abnormal stress load, muscle twitches, digestive problems, and so many more symptoms. Follow the instructions carefully, and take the maximum dosage (which can be up to 1000mg a day).

It is not abnormal to have such reactions to the stress you're experiencing at this point in your life. Try the Magnesium and also try to wean yourself off of medication if you can, it wont help you in the long run.
