Some of you may remember me as I check in from time to time. I had a terrible time with Depression/Anxiety for a few years and I think I've made a good recovery.

One of the best things I've learned about myself and anxiety is that it's a habit of negative self-talk or thoughts. That's what gets you the physical symptoms. If you've ever smoked, drank, swore too much, and then changed what you did, you probably didn't do it overnight, but gradually one day/step at a time. No different with anxiety. Practice using postive thoughts and looking at the good in your life and gradually your mind will automatically start giving you the happiness and relief that so many people look for. I have a much better outlook on life because of it.

For anyone who is interested, here are some of the other things that helped me through this. Best wishes to everyone. It's definitely possible to get better.
