Hi Soar,

Ive had Panic Disorder for a little over 8 years.Hyperventilating has been my top symptom.Every day every second I gasp,sigh,yawn and take deep breaths.

If my chest muscles are overtense and I cant expand my chest to take in more air,it causes me to be highly Anxious and I Panic.

Before Panic I never thought about breathing because well...its a natural part of life.I didnt constantly fight for breath.

It seems its getting a little easier for me,however I still do it because its turned into a habit.It is known that Anxious prone people sigh a percentage more than a non-Anxious person.

I cant remember the percentage off the top of my head but its been proven.Like you, focus on my breathing,watch other people breathe and even watch people on television breathe.
