... Yes, dependancy is a big issue with benzodiazepines like Xanax. Tolerance is another. The free online Ashton Manuel explains some of this. Prof. Ashton ran a withdrawal clinic and studied benzodiazepines extensivly during the 1980's. Sooner or later one must find other ways.. (13 replies)
... drug that I have found that works is xanax. I take a half a pill. A whole pill is 0.5mg. So I take 0.25. Most people say this low dosage does nothing. ... Could you possibly contact your doctor and get him to prescribe an anti-anxiety medication like Xanax, Ativan, Valium, or Klonopin for the plane ride...? If you could, I would definitely suggest doing that. You could take one a few days before to see how it makes you feel, and the day of the flight you'll know that you have it "just in case" even if you don't end up taking... (3 replies)
