... if you mean frequent urination the answer is yes the bedwetting dose of imipramine often helps by calming the bladder also any other antidepressant at the anxiety dose often has the same effect occasionally these meds work too well and make urination difficult bicarb soda alteres the ph of the urine and may help (3 replies)

It sort of does not make sense but it is true that, when I'm having a period of frequent urination, I don't drink more and yet pass as much urine each time.
