... ot anxious.. i heard cbt helps for some...have you tried...also ticks could be a form of say you have a hard time with noises...well that could be your obsession and jumpin at them could be your convulsions...just a thought...i have the breathing problem and its like its never ending ...just a lil weird if id say so... ...
