... I could be completely wrong about this but the main difference I see is one is made with tea and the other is made with instant tea. I looked up caffeine content online and read that regular tea can have 25mgs of caffeine where it looks like instant tea only has 5mgs of caffeine. Again, I could be wrong. ... (1 replies)

... I would focus on solving the initial problem - insomnia. So many ill feelings can result from that but that seems to be your primary issue. It wouldn't hurt to see a doctor about this. ... When I was at my height of anxiety, caffeine could DEFINATELY set off a panic attack or anxiety episode. I stayed away from caffeine for a long time and slowly reintroduced it. The thing is if you worry that caffeine is going to trigger you, then your looking for it, ya know? ... (13 replies)
