... So sorry you are under so much stress. Your sinus and tonsil infection could be exacerbating your anxiety. I know when I am physically ill, I have more anxiety attacks because I'm under a lot more stress than usual. Panic attacks happen for me when I'm extra stressed either by physical problems or emotional problems. ... (2 replies)
